RACQUETBALL / HANDBALL
The Y has three air conditioned courts available for racquetball and handball use. Reserve court time one day in advance by calling YMCA Member Services at (507) 454-1520.
DROP-IN VOLLEYBALL
Join us in the Y's Small Gymnasium for drop in Adult Volleyball! Open to men and women ages 18+. All experience levels are welcome! Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 9:00 - 11:00 AM.

Join us in the Y's Small Gymnasium for drop in Adult Pickleball! Open to men and women ages 18+. All experience levels are welcome! Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday, 9:30 - 11:30 AM.

PICK-UP BASKETBALL
The Y’s Adult Basketball Pick-up times offer friendly, self-officiated full-court competition for our members. Groups will typically play dark shirts vs. white shirts, so bring one of each and join us at one of the following times:

ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS
The Y has fitness classes specifically designed for older adults. They give participants an opportunity to stay physically active or in some cases, to overcome their fear of exercise and begin being physically active. The Y's Active Older Adult fitness programs accommodate a wide variety of interests and functional abilities of older adults. Active Older Adults programs include water exercise, yoga and stretching classes and walking clubs.

ADULT SWIMMING
Adults looking to challenge themselves without stress on their joints or those who just enjoy the water can take advantage of our different water exercise classes. Instructors lead small groups through water aerobics, core strengthening and much more. Gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance from the aerobic choreography and the resistance of the water. Ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included. Programs are free to facility members, unless otherwise noted.
PRIVATE SWIMMING LESSONS
Lessons are geared toward the adult student's level of comfort and ability. Available for first-time swimmers and those who want to tune up their skills. Call the Y for more information.
