Leave a Legacy!

This year marks the 135th anniversary of the Winona Family YMCA in our community. The YMCA mission is to build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Opening our new facility in early 2021 was a dream come true. The $22 million project was the culmination of 8 years and thousands of hours of effort from across our community.

Our community and this project have demonstrated an unbelievable spirit of resiliency, persevering through many challenges. We are very excited to announce we have lowered the funding gap to less than $1 million! We currently risk relying on our operational funding to pay off this debt. We do not want to add the burden of debt to our programs, and are asking for your continued support to complete the project!

We are confident we can close this gap with your help. In spite of the many obstacles the YMCA has had to overcome, we are a stronger organization and are more committed than ever to our life-changing work of building and strengthening community.

We invite you to be part of the Winona Family YMCA’s history and leave a legacy. The Donor Wall will be proudly and prominently displayed in our lobby for all to enjoy. This display will honor the dedicated supporters of our Capital Campaign whose generosity made it possible for us to be here for future generations. These supporters have made a commitment either as a one-time gift or a multi-year pledge to ensure our new facility could be built.

Thank you for supporting the Y, so we can support you and others in your health and wellness goals.
