Rentals & Parties

The Winona Family YMCA is a great space for meetings, corporate events, birthday or anniversary parties, graduation parties, and bridal or baby showers! Our showcase facility is handicap-accessible, offers something for everyone, and has ample parking to help make your next meeting or event a success.

Typical pool hours available for rentals:

Memorial Day through Labor Day (summer) - Fridays from 5-7:30pm,
Saturdays from 12:30-1:30pm

Labor Day through Memorial Day (fall/winter/spring) - Fridays from 5-7:30pm, Saturdays from 12:30-4:30pm, Sundays from 10am-1:30pm

Events and parties do not include YMCA staff hosts.

Facility rentals outside of regular business hours may be accommodated. An additional fee of $20/hour will be added onto the base rental cost for reservations outside of business hours. 

​YMCA spaces are not available for events with sales, promotions, fundraising, competing programming, or political campaigning.

Please note that all participants involved in the rental will need a current Liability Waiver on file.

Minors must have parent/legal guardian complete forms. 


  • Liability Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian for each child attending the party. Staff will collect the waivers at the start of the party. 

  • Parties may be booked at least two weeks before the party date.


  • Kids should come to the party with their swimsuit on under their clothes.

  • All children will complete a swim test. If they do not pass the swim test they will be required to stay in the shallow end.

  • Children 7 and under need to have an adult in the pool with them at all times.

  • All life jackets must be Coast Guard approved (noodles or water wings are not recognized as proper flotation devices). No inflatables in the pool.
