Rentals & Parties
The Winona Family YMCA is a great space for meetings, corporate events, birthday or anniversary parties, graduation parties, and bridal or baby showers! Our showcase facility is handicap-accessible, offers something for everyone, and has ample parking to help make your next meeting or event a success.
Typical pool hours available for rentals:
Memorial Day through Labor Day (summer) - Fridays from 5-7:30pm,
Saturdays from 12:30-1:30pm
Labor Day through Memorial Day (fall/winter/spring) - Fridays from 5-7:30pm, Saturdays from 12:30-4:30pm, Sundays from 10am-1:30pm
Events and parties do not include YMCA staff hosts.
Facility rentals outside of regular business hours may be accommodated. An additional fee of $20/hour will be added onto the base rental cost for reservations outside of business hours.
YMCA spaces are not available for events with sales, promotions, fundraising, competing programming, or political campaigning.
Please note that all participants involved in the rental will need a current Liability Waiver on file.
Minors must have parent/legal guardian complete forms.
A Liability Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian for each child attending the party. Staff will collect the waivers at the start of the party.
Parties may be booked at least two weeks before the party date.
Kids should come to the party with their swimsuit on under their clothes.
All children will complete a swim test. If they do not pass the swim test they will be required to stay in the shallow end.
Children 7 and under need to have an adult in the pool with them at all times.
All life jackets must be Coast Guard approved (noodles or water wings are not recognized as proper flotation devices). No inflatables in the pool.
