Employees in good health are more likely to deliver optimal performance in the workplace.
Have a better quality of life and benefit from having a lower risk of disease, illness, and injury, as well as increased work productivity and a greater likelihood of contributing to their communities.
By encouraging employees to be healthy you're giving your company an increased chance for success and productivity!
Choose an option
that fits your company
1. Your company decides what percentage amount to be paid towards a YMCA membership for employees. Options include 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 75, or 90 percent.
2. The YMCA will discount 10 percent of memberships right off the bat for signing up with a corporate membership. As a BONUS, if 25 percent of the company’s total number of employees sign up for memberships, the YMCA will bump up the membership discount to 15 percent!
3. Also, the YMCA will also discount 2/3 of the employees’ joiners fee, which brings the cost down from $75 per membership to $25 -- which can be covered by the company or individual.
Option to track employee use of memberships:
Either once a year or every six months, the YMCA can print out a report to let your company know how often individual employees are utilizing the membership! That
