The Plan:

1. Your company decides what percentage amount it will pay toward a YMCA membership for employees, with 10% as the minimum. 

2. The YMCA will discount 10% of memberships. As a BONUS, if 25% of the company’s total number of employees sign up for memberships, the YMCA will bump up the membership  discount to 15%!

Option to track employee use of memberships:

You have the option of setting up an online portal that allows you to track how often individual employees are utilizing the membership.
