Research shows:

Employees in good health are more likely to deliver optimal performance in the workplace.

Healthy employees:

Have a better quality of life and benefit from having a lower risk of disease, illness, and injury, as well as increased work productivity and a greater likelihood of contributing to their communities.

By encouraging employees to be healthy you're giving your company an increased chance for success and productivity!

Choose an option

that fits your company

The Plan:

1. Your company decides what percentage it will pay toward a YMCA membership for employees, with 10% as the minimum.

2. The YMCA will discount 10% of memberships. As a BONUS, if 25% of the company’s total number of employees sign up for memberships, the YMCA will increase the membership discount to 15%.

Track employee use of memberships:

You can set up an online portal that allows you to track how often individual employees are utilizing the membership.

"The Student Senate at MSC Southeast was excited to offer a membership option for our students in the beautiful, new YMCA building. We have had an enthusiastic response from students, and many are benefiting from this incredible local resource. We love being able to offer our students the chance to enjoy the many amenities of Y, right around the corner from the college! Because we do not have fitness facilities on campus, the partnership with the Y is a critical component of our student life program. Our student memberships have grown each semester, and the amount of use from our college is clear evidence that this is an important resource for our community. The new facility has so much to offer."

"Our experience has been very positive.  The staff make it easy to coordinate our corporate discount program.  Our team enjoys the many benefits of the YMCA and finds it helpful and valuable to have a corporate discount opportunity. It’s a great way to encourage healthy lifestyles for our team and their families, as well as supporting the community YMCA. It provides additional value and benefits for our team, and shows them that we truly care about them and their well-being."

"Sugar Loaf Ford helps pay for the health care costs of employees, so why not try to get our staff as healthy as possible by paying for their gym membership. Your staff are all very polite and super friendly. I am greeted every time I come in and also when I leave by whomever is attending the desk. Kristen makes the corporate membership process easy. She is personable and goes the extra mile with all my questions and makes paying on our account smooth."
