Request A Donation

The Winona Family YMCA is committed to supporting the health and wellness needs of our community, and we want to help programs and/or events that strive to do the same. As a charitable organization, the Y gives careful consideration to local non-profit organization requests for membership donations, as we believe in the importance of building a better community in the area where we live.

To apply for a membership donation from the Y, please complete the Donation Request form below.

Funding Guidelines:

The organization should be a not-for-profit corporation with a 501© (3) tax-exempt status. Applications not having a 501© (3) status may still be given consideration.

 

The request must either:

  • Address a documented community health or wellness issue

  • Benefit area youth in the areas of health and wellness

  • Support a project directly benefiting the Winona Family YMCA service area
     

If approved, only one request per calendar year will be awarded to any given organization.

The donation review process may take up to 2 weeks.
