Virtual Fitness Classes

We're excited to offer weekly fitness opportunities for our members. Check out our schedule of Zoom and Facebook Live fitness classes! All classes are on Zoom unless specifically labeled as FB Live. To access Zoom meeting as a member click the button of the class you're interested in to register.

Even though the facility isn't open, you can still get one on one attention! Work with one of our certified Personal Trainers to feel the results of having guidance in your health and wellness journey.
