YOUTH SPORTS COACH

The YMCA is looking for energetic, fun, engaging and knowledgeable coaches to instruct our youth sports, including soccer, basketball and volleyball.

PERSONAL TRAINER

We are looking for personal trainers who are energetic, positive role models, and experienced trainers and/or are willing to learn. Winona Family YMCA personal trainers are certified by NCCA accredited organizations. They must maintain their certification as well as their CPR certification. This position is part-time, flexible, with most needs being weekday mornings as well as weekends. Personal trainers work individually with members as well in small groups and may also sub our group fitness classes.

GROUP CYCLING INSTRUCTOR

Group cycling is a fun and fast-paced fitness class. We are looking for people who are energetic and have instructor experience and/or are willing to learn. All YMCA staff must have or obtain within 30 days of hire their CPR certification. This position is part-time, and may also involve being a sub for other group fitness classes.

LIFEGUARD

Our Lifeguards maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. They create a safe, positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures.

SWIM INSTRUCTOR

We are looking for instructors who are energetic, positive role models, and have experience teaching swim lessons. Our program follows the Red Cross Water Instructor (WSI) Program and is designed for children 6 months through adults in both group and private lesson environments.
