Summer Care/After School Care Counselors

Looking for an exciting job working with kids? The Winona Family YMCA is looking to hire Childcare Counselors for the Summer Childcare Program. This position is seasonal, mid-May through the end of August, with full time and part time hours available.

As a Counselor, staff will engage youth in a fun and active environment, arts and crafts, games and outdoor playtime, field trips, weekly swim, and more. Counselors will facilitate programming with youth and ensure the highest level of safety at all times.

YOUTH SPORTS COACH

The YMCA is looking for energetic, fun, engaging and knowledgeable coaches to instruct our youth sports, including soccer, basketball and volleyball.

LIFEGUARD

Our Lifeguards maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. They create a safe, positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures.

SWIM INSTRUCTOR

We are looking for instructors who are energetic, positive role models, and have experience teaching swim lessons. Our program follows the Red Cross Water Instructor (WSI) Program and is designed for children 6 months through adults in both group and private lesson environments.

Camp Wenonah Summer Counselor

Do you enjoy being outside and getting to work with kids? Then the Winona Family YMCA Camp Wenonah is the place for you!

Counselor is responsible for planning, leading, and implementing core and non-core programs and experiences for children in a small group setting.
